Recently moved from St. Cloud, Florida. That was the reason I rented the truck. I'm disappointed that I'm not gonna be by Wojo's bait and tackle because I always loved renting my U-Haul's from there. They made the process easy and always had equipment in stock.

I got charged for mileage that I did not use. I used less than 10 miles and got charged for 50 miles. This is unacceptable.

From U-Haul website allow for multiple days rental. Tried to book online and said none available. Went into store and they said sure no problem and made me a reservation for the dates I needed.

The location worked out well. However, they don’t have enough equipment at the store that may be needed (like hitches, adapters for lights, etc.).

Not a knock on the location specifically. This truck leaked oil on my brand new driveway and they reimbursed my rental fee for the truck. I total paid $150. They reimbursed me $50. Genuinely I think its nonsense that a vehicle yall should maintain doesn't have a check on it prior to being rented to someone where it is inspected for leaks. It ruined my driveway and I got 50 bucks out of it. Kinda BS from a very well known company that I will tell everyone I know to avoid because of this.

Not rent truck with low fuel indicator light on.

The only thing was when it was time to put gas in the truck the needle never moved while I was putting fuel in it. So, I didn't know when it stop putting fuel in the truck. The out come was i put in 15 gallons when I should have only put in about 7. Talked the manager about it and never heard anything back.

I had a great experience with U-Haul from start to finish. The reservation process was quick and easy, and the truck was clean and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, making pick-up and drop-off a breeze. I’ll definitely use U-Haul at Saint Cloud Location again for my future moving needs!

I was told $29 and if you go over 50 mile it will be a mile rate. I did 32 mile he charged me $1.98 per mile plus $29

Kathy reached out and got me an amazing deal. Literally a beautiful heart. I will always rent from this place but no offense I don't wanna move for a while lol. But the equipment and the store and the staff were extremely sweet and accommodating.
