ALFRED WHad to park in busy lot with a 26ft van to go to the businesses door and read the sign that said U-Haul return is behind the strip mall. Better signage and pre-drop off notification that the parking/drop-box is behind the building would be helpful.
Kelly MThe issue isn’t so much the location, but the fact that I reserved a uhaul almost 1 month before I needed it and my location was changed twice to way farther away AND they didn’t even have the equipment I reserved! What is the point of making a reservation if it won’t be upheld.

brunilda bWipers didn’t even work I rented a tow dolly and apparently the truck was the issue not the tow dolly. Didn’t have any brake lights to the dolly on the running lights. Waited 3 to 4 hours for help to fix this issue after just paying 1500 dollars and couldn’t fix the problem. When I rented the uhaul the lady at Wojos Bait and Tackle told me there was nothing that she can do. I didn’t get not credit or any money off for this issue.
Megan SUsed the app for pick up. While doing so an employee came out and was helpful. It would probably been quicker to use them for the pick up process vs the app.

Joel AThe location (Wojo's Bait and Tackle) was awesome. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. The truck itself had a couple of issues. The main one that needs to be addressed was the left, rear, outer tire was losing air. I had to stop to out air in it. The truck had an awful shake, which I though was due to the low air but even after putting air in the tire it continued to shake. Felt like tires out of balance or suspension issue. I do not expect a smoot ride from these big trucks, but it was not just a ride issue. The vehicle needs to be checked for safety.

ruth rI made a reservation at 608 w Vine St when I arrived to pick up the truck they told me they didn't have it the Sent me to pick up In Saint cloud when I arrived there they didn't have the same size truck that I could take to the amount of time rented so I had to take a smaller truck when I was done I dropped off at w Vine since this was where I booked they called me in the night telling me that I had to return the truck at Saint cloud so the truck was a day without use at that location which I am going to be charged for overall this was super disorganized a d unprofessional I would not recommend uhaul to anyone.

edwin OI reserved a hand truck; none provided. Had to waste time going to another location to pick one up. I reserved one dozen moving blankets and didn't have even half a dozen. The truck was one of the oldest on the lot-

Brian RI was very angry that this location does NOT have a scanner to scan my Driver's license. It took me 45 minutes to scan my own license on my phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! My time is valuable and I needed to be somewhere. Please fix this problem for my next rental. Thank You.
