The truck wasn't cleaned still had personal belongings in it... Wouldn't be that bad but I paid quite a bit for the rental to get a dirty truck and also I didn't even use all the gas in it either so I also lost out on that as well... So extremely not happy and feel taken advantage ofHelen A.

Customer service was excellent. Store was convenient with a great location and gas atation across from facility. The truck itself felt like an old jalopy. The brakes squeaked and the door handle on back door was rusty and difficult to move. I did a very close local move but no way would I feel comfortable taking this truck on a longer trip. This was probably the best customer experience I've ever had with a UHaul place but probably the worst truck I've ever had.staci G.

I would go to this location only because I don't have other options. When I came in to return the trailer that I hauled back as a favor to U-haul, all the employees were sitting at the front door as if they were waiting for the day to end. They acted as if it were a pain to help me. They let me return the trailer and the woman who ultimately helped me was very helpful. The next day I returned the truck and they were more friendly. I just feel this day and age the customer should be treated better. And I did you the favor of hauling the trailer back and got charged for extra miles.Julie N.

There should be a query or a cautionary note about the trailer hitch height requirements. When i arrived to pick up trailer, i was told my ball height was too high. I needed to an Auto Parts store to purchase a new hitch and ball that would work. It would have been good to know in advance.Stephen R.

Your contracting software is very very buggy. Took a long time at the location trying to get through it. When I tried to upload my license using your website I just got a black screen on the camera (my guess would be iPhone permissions might be the issue?). Location folks were very patient trying to work through it all.William F.

There was ice on the bumper and platform. It caused me to slip and I almost fell off the back of the truck. The front cab also smelled of terrible body odor and I had to wear a mask to drive it.Mark F.

Second it was asked to provide more information at the time of check in than I was expecting. Stop ripping people off!!! This truck was left on EMPTY and I put $100 worth of fuel in it only to be told that the store wasn't going to do anything and to call customer service. After being on hold for 58 minutes I was told that I MIGHT be able to get reiumbursed by the fuel manager. MIGHT?! UNACCEPTABLE! I will be getting my money back, best believe that.BARBARA H.

When we went to the gas station to fill this truck up, it was at 3/4 full. My husband filled it up and dropped it off at the True Value. Got my receipt and I was charge $52 for gas. They owner/manager claimed our truck was at 3/4 when we dropped it off. I'm sorry, $52 to fill a tank from 3/4??? We spent $28 to fill it up. The owner/manager of this store was downright rude from the second we walked in. I had it reserved from 8AM-6PM, when I showed up at almost 10 AM I was scolded as if I were a child. I paid for a service, I picked it up when I could and I still brought it back by the agreed time. I will most definitely be calling corporate and having this taken care of. I tried explaining to him that we filled the tank and he continued to say we didn't. I will not argue with someone that clearly does not put their customers first and has a poor attitude.KAYLA K.

One complaint - paid $52.74 online for rent of u-haul truck. Paid $102.03 total for use of truck which DID not reflect my $52.74 payment made online. My fault for not catching this at the store but I plan on returning there tomorrow to ask for refund for amount paid online a week earlier. What can you do to improve these errors?Michael M.
