My only problem is the price has not changed, and I as the customer have to do all the work. Pre-rental inspection post rental inspection all that falls on the customer now yet the price is still the same. The only other issue is when you pick up the truck or trailers they never tell you about all the stuff that you have to do either online or in the app before you leave.

Mark MThe gentleman who rented to us was really rude as if he did not want to help us. Also all of the charges added up to almost 400$ for 2 small trips. Overall it was very expensive!
Julian GLocations hours online are incorrect, says they are open until 5:30pm. The door on the store has it all crossed off with permanent marker, 4 pm. Incredibly frustrating.
