My confirmed reservation was not honored at 2 separate locations, they did not have the truck available at either location. The second location was able to find a truck at a different location, but they did not open early and I had to wait - on my moving day. This not only cost me time but money since I had hired help with me waiting to get the truck. This put me behind schedule 3 hours. The truck I finally got was a total piece of crap! It ran and drove like I should have been taking it to the junk yard. It was a newer vehicle with approx 77,000 miles and the engine did not run correctly costing me more gas than it should have, something is wrong with the front end making it a very rough ride and pulled to the right the entire time I was driving. This was dangerous since it was fully loaded. Uhaul should reimburse me the total amount I paid for all the delays, time and money they cost me and putting my life at risk with faulty equipment. If I do not hear from you within one week I will submit all of this information along with recorded documentation to appropriate authorities as well as my Attorney for further action.
