The service was good, but the trailer that I rented rode so rough, that a lot of my stuff got broken.

JOSEPH OThe outside front end and windshield was dirty. The gas gauge was not working properly. We filled it up and the gauge read 3/4 full so we put more gas in than was needed.
Erwin TJust a drop off location in front of storage lockers. not much room to park large trucks but is a convenient location.
RONALD EVisit your locations to check for Competent and loyal associates. He was not on site like he needs to be. We waiting 30 minutes for him to arrive. Also the equipment was very nasty. Needed to be washed. Inside and out. Also the unit I rented needs front end work… Maybe shocks and or front end work…
Brian WNo comments for improvement, just appreciation for Brad, the location manager. He texted me the morning of my truck reservation to confirm the details, and he made the rental process easy, clear and efficient. I had a very positive experience renting from this location, and I would absolutely rent from this branch again.

BRIAN OOwner was more than helpful; I used the Mobil app for pickup he was very proactive and even came back to the property to make sure I could get off on time.
KURT MHave someone at the office. Had to ask the owner to meet me at the location, although my time was scheduled. I will say though, he was very helpful, even during my drive if I had questions. I recommend this facility.

Joseph LWoordstock Self-Storage customer service is a 5 star experience. The rep knew his equipment and trained me on safety procedures involving a complex 20 ft and Auto Tow Dolly. I definitely would recommend anyone to rent from Woodstock Uhaul rental. 5 star experience!!

GORDON FNo one was there, owner was rude when i called and now im being charged double. Got charged when i rented the truck and today for some reason im being charged again
Michael LI had to call and ask where to park the truck and no one walked out and looked it over and the gas was more in the tank than what it was when I picked it up I just like dealing with it on my phone better than in person. It’s like I get a better deal with U-Haul when something goes wrong.
DUSTIN SBrad was incredible and very patient as we had to work through multiple storms during my rental period that included snow, ice, and heavy rains and mud. His assistance was unmeasurable. Thanks you made a stressful situation more managable.

Mary KI called to drop off place and ask what was the procedure. A gentleman replied to just find a spot and drop it off. I was a little uncomfortable with no one there but the app did provide to take pictures. Highly recommend taking pictures.

Jose MMy final location was in a town that has a UHaul dealer but instead I was sent to a town 10 miles away. Not happy with the extra miles and gas I had to pay.

Tracy WThis is a remote pickup location so used self-checkout and checkin. I reserved Tech, 24 furniture pads and one dolly and spoke to location manager the day prior to pickup and he confirmed pads and dolly would be placed in truck … but they were not
Steve BNot made aware of a more than $50.00 "rental tax" until final bill arrived. That is crazy too much and a nasty surprise for a one day truck rental.

Douglas GI had to call the site because it was the first time using self dispatch. He was wonderful. Was not on site but came back to help us out.
Rhonda JDay to day communication with the on-site manager was not a pleasure, however, the facility is well run. They are good about payment reminders, late notices and responding to emails. They tell you the rules and that's how everyone plays the game. I would recommend them.
