The drop off is simply a lock box behind a house with next to no directions. No staff on the premises. Client is supposed to slide rental contract through a slot, but my contract was exclusively electronic. I hesitated to drop the key in the slot, but did so, reluctantly. Although extremely simple; I was left with an uncomfortable feeling. Better directions would be helpful and appreciated... or perhaps if the various drop-off locations were connected in a network, U could have been told..."don't expect any staff at the drop off location. Thete will be nob I dy thete. Simply drop the key in the lock box. Don't worry. It is safe."
