David H.The location was great and accommodating. The online reservation was horrible. I reserved a 26 foot truck. I got a 10 foot to start moving prior to my reservation time. The 26 foot truck was never available. Uhaul and the location have a big disconnect. Uhaul never seemed to notice I didn't pick up the larger truck, but sure called when the smaller truck wasn't back on time when it was not reserved and my reservation for a larger truck was not started. I moved a 5 bedroom house in a 10 foot truck. Maybe a have you picked up the larger truck call to find out it did not get fulfilled would have helped. Do yourself a favor, reserve locally direct.
