U-Haul overall was a big disappointment from having to change our pickup location that was given to us last minute from a 2 hour drive to this location which was the original location we picked. Then the truck we ended up with had NO AC so our 14 1/2 hour trip was horrible.

Charge less and don't lie about how much is in the tank. I was marked at 1/2 tank for return, when I started the truck it was way less than 1/2 a tank.
