How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe locations for pickup and drop off were a decent distance from where we were picking up and delivering. Wasn’t a problem for us personally but it added mileage to the truck resulting in us paying more money. If the pickup/drop off was in the right towns we wouldn’t have paid any more money. Also we asked for equipment and didn’t receive it (wasn’t charged , but would of made moving a lot easier) the truck also had like 50 blankets in it so we had to keep moving those around which was very annoying (we didn’t want any). Overall the truck was clean and safe to drive .
