Rodney BThe Uhaul app did not work properly, I lost an hour having to deal with the app not working and having to talk to two different customer support agent's. Luckily for me an employee at the storage unit showed up and managed to take care of the situation.
Frederick BCarol was more than helpful with my 26ft truck pick up. She walked me through the 24/7 online pickup over the phone. I was a little hesitant to drive the 26ft across country to CA. When the packers said I could fit everything in a 20ft truck Carol stepped up again to find a nearby 20ft that I could use instead. I’m now planning on a safe and easy drive thanks to Carol and Wray Mini Storage.

Polite, courteous lady at window in office when I had to go in du eto problem returning through the app. HOWEVER, the app service provider, whatever it is called, was terrible. Very long wait. Not working properly. Had to call due to it not accepting like 20 attempts to upload pics, even when they uploaded just fine. Same issues when returning. It kept spinning on finding your location and would not move past it. Then it wouldn't accept the picture of the odometer reading. We finally had to leave the key in the return box and go back the next morning. Luckily, due to school closures due to potential storm, I was not at work that morning and could go. Otherwise, I would not have been able to go to the location to make sure they found the key. The app is a very bad idea when it isn't working. Local office was great to work with.

Mary UI was told I had until the next day with the truck. I returned the truck the same day and was charged double, as if I had the truck for 2 days. Getting ahold of anyone here is impossible here and the office is always closed.

David WPhone pick up process was very easy and was the best part of the experience. Truck had some prior damage which was odd to see since they charge renters for damage therefore it should be fixed but nonetheless did not affect the operation of the truck. I was upset that I did not receive my utility and appliance dolly inside the truck. When I called the location the next day the lady tried to lie about why they didn’t put it in the truck and I had to call her out about the lie. I went back by and picked up the utility dolly but was informed they didn’t have any appliance dollies which was annoying because I mainly needed that one. Do not recommend them because they half do their job, lie to cover their mess up and do not have the inventory that is advertised.

Becky S | Overall ExperienceCarol was very helpful. I called the morning that I needed the trailer. Carol informed me that she had a reservation on the trailer I needed but she still rented it to me. I told her that I only needed the trailer for about an hour and would have it back in time for the next rental. Her customer service was outstanding.
STEPHEN WI was not aware that you cannot pickup after your reservation time has started. That created quite a headache.
Josh LCheck out process though the U-Haul application need to be simplified somehow. I found it easier to just call the next day after I dropped the equipment off to the location.
