This is the second time I've rented the motorcycle trailer from Wray UHaul. Both times were great. Reservation, pickup, and return were a breeze. The staff are excellent. Welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The equipment is excellent. I can't say enough good about Wray UHaul.

Polite, courteous lady at window in office when I had to go in du eto problem returning through the app. HOWEVER, the app service provider, whatever it is called, was terrible. Very long wait. Not working properly. Had to call due to it not accepting like 20 attempts to upload pics, even when they uploaded just fine. Same issues when returning. It kept spinning on finding your location and would not move past it. Then it wouldn't accept the picture of the odometer reading. We finally had to leave the key in the return box and go back the next morning. Luckily, due to school closures due to potential storm, I was not at work that morning and could go. Otherwise, I would not have been able to go to the location to make sure they found the key. The app is a very bad idea when it isn't working. Local office was great to work with.
