It was the most horrible experience EVER!!! First of all the place was sketchy. The employee that was supposed to assist us virtually did not communicate and when he did he mumbled and made no eye contact. He then walked us to the lot and started up a truck and removed some equipment to a second truck, then moved it to the front of the lot.He left us standing there with no instruction.... He then sat in a third truck and was on his phone for at least 15 minutes before my husband said "Hay man, are we good to go?" and he gave us a thumbs up. SO freaking unprofessional and a bad reflection on Uhaul .

When I dropped the trailer off, the attendant was not helpful or friendly. Told me to just drop it where it was, I asked if I could get a receipt, or if there was any paperwork I needed. Was told no, just drop it and they would take care of it. Thought that was odd, called uhaul to report that I had dropped it off and did not receive any paperwork acknowledging the drop off, was told that it was noted in the system and would be taken care of. Then I received a call a few days later asking when I was going to return the trailer!!

It is a tire shop, so clean and inviting it is not, also big dogs walking around the lot, which is tiny and hard to get into, but the guys working there were nice.
