LOUIS HThey were closed so no interaction with the staff. There was plenty of room to park the truck and the drop box was easy to find. This seams to be a ok location to rent.
George OIt was the most horrible experience EVER!!! First of all the place was sketchy. The employee that was supposed to assist us virtually did not communicate and when he did he mumbled and made no eye contact. He then walked us to the lot and started up a truck and removed some equipment to a second truck, then moved it to the front of the lot.He left us standing there with no instruction.... He then sat in a third truck and was on his phone for at least 15 minutes before my husband said "Hay man, are we good to go?" and he gave us a thumbs up. SO freaking unprofessional and a bad reflection on Uhaul .
