Better flexibility of changing rental conditions "on the fly"...My situation was this...I rented a closed trailer from Perry Michigan for a 24 hour time period. Used the trailer to move family member to Sandusky Ohio. Move went so well that, once in Sandusky, and we were finished, I stopped into a UHUAL dealer there to see what it would take to just drop off trailer there instead of taking all the way back to Michigan. Gentleman in Sandusky tried 3-4 different phone calls to different levels of UHAUL regional, local, supervisors, managers. For 20-30 minutes, could not resolve my dilemma...Long story short, I took the empty trailer back to Michigan....

Easy reservation. I walked up, stated my name, which was in the system and I was on my way in 15 min.

Was charged for an extra day and an extra day of insurance coverage, when I picked the truck up at noon and dropped it off between 5pm and 7pm. Only to learn I have to wait three days just to even see if I can get a refund. Absolute bullshit will not use uhaul again

Please make the scheduling have an ability to add days yo the length of the rental available on the intialial application. Having to call after the fact is clumsy.

The only problems I had were: 1) My truck had a problem with lighting the trailer until I figured out the correct combination of buttons to push. A little heads up on that might have been nice, but then, if I was told how to do everything, how would I figure it out on my own? 2) the second problem is that the receipt I was emailed was without charges! Now, I know you folks don't give away the use of the trailer without charge, and I really need to know what I was charged on my credit card. It is nice to know that when I turned it in, I was not dinged for extra charges, but . . . really? Let me know what I owe, please! :-)

Please find a new host for your trucks and trailers. The truck was dirty (there was a have eaten grilled cheese sitting in the floor board/the back had all of the blankets and two wheeler sitting in a big pile) and the MOD of the grocery store was arrogant and cocky. This is the closest U-Haul to us and we are cancelling our Dec rental and will pay more to go to another location rather than come back here. I will not post this on social media nor with online rating services, but please fix this. Regards, Dave Shrader

Training is in order, he had to keep calling his boss on how to do the rental.
