Trailer was ready and in good condition. I was able to pick up the trailer and leave very quickly
Oscar S1. Windshield had a huge crack in it when I picked up the van 2. As I was leaving Wyckoff Wash the an alert came up say my rear door was shut. Had to pull back in. Someone came to help and when they checked the door there was a washing machine in the van. I had to wait for them to remove it. The alert was still flashing this time the side door wasn't closed properly. They fixed that. 3. When I got the van home and started to load it, the back floor of the van was filthy! I had to get my shop vac to clean it. Over all not a good experience. which is sad because I have rented from them in the past but never had any issues.

JOHN RWas difficult to drive a large 20 foot truck through the car wash operation to park. Was not allowed by staff to drive around side of building but the drive through busy car wash.
Randall WSince this location is an open lot with lock boxes, I wanted to pick up my rental earlier than the business opened at 7:30 AM (no interaction with an attendant was needed). The online reservation system would not let me choose an earlier time than 8:30 (allowing me to initiate the rental process via the app at 7:30 AM). Even though I called the day before and spoke to a representative that told me that when I arrived at the location I would be able to start my rental earlier, this was not the case. When I called customer service that morning, they did not open until 7AM EDT. Overall, was very disappointed that I could not pickup the truck earlier to get going despite being told I could by a rep the day before.
Leonard LThe location is convenient. But the van had a terrible odor inside - smelled like manure. If I had not been on a time crunch, I would have asked for a different vehicle.
Eileen OThe car wash person behind the desk was very helpful, but he didn’t know what to do with the u haul trucks. He needed to call people and I had to get on the phone with them. The process took 30 minutes to get the truck.
Scott GThe person in charge of this locations UHaul setup was not present and not reachable via phone. Took me over and hour to get an answer, once I finally called the dispatch number I was given instructions to use a lock box, that did not have the key inside. Terrible service, over and hour of wasted time on a day that was scheduled out.
Matthew NThere was a strong smell in the car which was horrible. The right mirror on the passenger side was not functional could not be adjusted with the mirror joystick. The side back door, the left panel did not stay still open and kept closing which made it difficult to move things in and out and was about to cut my finger at some point. I paid for a functional truck not challenging to deal with truck.

John MYou should inform the renter how to deal with tolls... particularly in the Northeast where tolls are cashless. When picking up the vehicle I asked the agent how I should deal with tolls and she had no idea.
Anthony GNobody from uhaul there at pick up or drop off. Gas attendant unwillingly had to assist.
Shawn BU-Haul personnel “left at 4, no one can help you.” Didn’t get an equipment check or a receipt. Overall, between the situation at drop-off and the reservation location being closed, not a good experience.

Justin MI clicked through the process and didnt catch the passcode leaving me scrambling as the inside employee's couldnt help. Finally I got the code and was able to get the van. Overall good experience but the passcode thing made it difficult and stressful
Andrew RHave an actual person available to help drop off and pick up. The key was not where the online pictures show you. There was no key drop box to return the key. U-haul should provide step by step directions if there is no person to check you in and out. I would not do a mobile and online transaction again. The actual can was great.

Trin SI was sent to this location and there were no keys in the lock box. The store was closed so no one was there to assist me in getting the keys. I had to call uhaul and they dispatched me to a new location over 20 miles away, which obviously added to my commute and the price of the rental. Definitely won’t use this location and even though I’ve used uhaul many times over the years I will probably look for a different option in the future.
THOMAS EThe staff are friendly and helpful, and make the rental process a joy. I cannot commend their service highly enough. However, for the second time I had reserved a Dolly and blankets for the move, and they were not provided nor in the van at the time of pickup, and I was billed for these items once again. This is an issue with the nature of on-line orders it seems, as these should have been in the van at the time of pickup, or the cost of them should have been removed from by bill.
Ryan GI ordered a furniture Dolly that showed available when placing order on line. It was not available when I arrived. But had no choice but to go through with rental at this location as I was working within a time frame. Van windshield was cracked which I did not see during my inspection until I left location. Turned out they already knew about it.
Brian CThe location was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only two issues I had were that I had reserved some moving blankets and a dolly on the website, and they were not in the rented van when I picked it up. On contacting corporate, I was told that I would have to go to the nearest location, 20 miles round trip, to get the gear I had reserved, and then return it at the end of the day to the same location. The second issue was when I returned the van, the website told me that I needed to turn on my location sharing, and when I tried to do that, it suddenly exited without allowing me to take photos of the mileage, fuel tank, and condition. The staff at the location handled this for me the next day, and were a phenomenal help with both getting and returning the van. They are a pleasure to work with and I would refer this location to anyone who asked.

Marilyn CTough pickup and parking location due to you having to joint th car wash line with an 18ft trailer and a 180 hairpin turn to navigate. Asides from that, staff super friendly.
PHILIP TIt is clear that Uhaul plays a very minimal role in business at this site. There is no reasonable place to deliver a trailer (at best it requires driving and backing through a line of vehicles at the car wash. The staff were pleasant, but were unfamiliar with moving and connecting trailers( I did the disconnect completely on my own).

MICHELLE QIt was a car wash. No U-haul signage. Drove by it several times until I noticed one U-haul truck (Mine) parked in the back. and there is no counter. I stood in the doorway of an office while doing paperwork. Person who check me in was very nice, but not a great location.
IRAM BThe trucks windows had dog nose prints on it and there was dog hair on the center seat. They had it a whole day and I think it could have been cleaned.
Betty Hmake sure there is a car trailer available to pick up there at all times. I made reservations online and it was a HORRIBLE experience scheduling online and with chat / phone agents only because there was no trailer available at this location. They have enough room for a truck, a van of each size, and a trailer so I dont understand why they never have a trailer available to pick up at that location. EVER. I dread the next time I have to rent a trailer from uhaul because it always makes me pick up in Paterson.
Michael BI sent a note about the past un-cleanliness of the past vehicles I had rented. Someone must have read my note as the vehicle was cleaned and sanitized.

GERHARD LVery rude and refuse to have anything to do with UHAUL equipment. This Location shouldn't be affiliated with Uhaul very bad look!!! Will never use again
ALFRED RI was sent a copy of the contract by my E-mail. I noticed before leaving the parking lot that the mileage on the contract and the mileage on the odometer were different. I went into the office to tell the customer service representative. She was very cooperative and came out to the vehicle. She agreed that they did not match. If I would have left and not check the mileage on odometer and the contract, it would have cost me an additional $43.56 plus tax. I believe that your customer service representative should instruct EVERY customer to verify that BOTH the odometer and the reported mileage on the contract match before leaving the parking lot. I also think that a written contract would be helpful in the verification process. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

ADWOAAFRAKOMAH HPleasantly surprised with the ease of renting, the courtesy of the staff and the speed of the return process, which included an immediate email of receipt. Appreciated the guidance to determine the right vehicle to rent. Vehicle clean. My only suggestion relates to confusion when pulling into and out this very very busy carwash. Felt like I was cutting in and out of lines of traffic and cars exiting the car wash.
DONNA FI was in the middle of a move, I apologize I have moved a few times this year do to different cirumcustances, I highly doubt. I will go check the storage faculty I am renting out, but I did bring with me an IMAC an apple desktop. I highly doubt it, but I might of left it in the front uhaul. I just got a flashback. I will check and call first thing in the morning. If you did happen to find a IMac Desktop that was wrapped in Bubble Wrap it belongs to David C. Thank you so much. Dave

james mNancy was great and really helpful. I felt that the additional $20 in taxes and fees was a bit much and wasn't aware until I returned the rental.
LOUIS CEasy to pick up i was was very impressed with the vehicle and would definitely use again.
LESLIE BI went to pick up my truck and the Uhaul rep was not even there. The car wash personnel was the one trying to help as much as they could. Even after i did the online check-in it still took about an hour to get my key.
