Improve your customer service. I have used U-Haul in the past and thought it was a good value for my money. This time however it was a completely different experience. I contacted to U-Haul agent who made my reservation for me. The agent made a mistake when reserving my truck. This put me in a place where the truck I had reserved was booked for the same time I needed it for a different client. The agent I was receiving the truck from contacted your customer service to fix the problem. The customer service person tried to get me to go to a third location to rent a truck for the time I needed it which was not convenient for my schedule. After some threats and some words I regret the agent whose business I was at contacted the customer on my behalf and asked them to change their schedule which they agreed to. It was my saving Factor so that's a plus. The cost of the rental was an extremely good value however I think that a better solution from customer service would have been to get another truck from the place that they were trying to send me to and send it to the location I was renting from. Uhaul had many hours before the rental to make this happen. Service and covienience is as important as time is money. Charge a little more but have customer convenience in mind.

Your website is so poor, that it took a total of two and a half hours to complete the reservation! You need to get it improved for your employees, as well as future customers! Their hands are tied with what they have to work with.

UHaul rep was not honest. Contract stated gas tank was full - had to sign it before I got the keys. Tank was only 3/4 full. I had to return it full so I had to pay for a quarter of a tank of gas I didn't use. Very dishonest

In general, why does Uhaul make it so difficult to schedule the pick up of equipment. I had to make several calls to arranged for pickup at a locations close to my home, Original pick up was in Totowa, not close to my home. I made my reservations over a week in advance.It doesn't appear to me that Uhaul tries hard enough to find or move equipment to satisfy customers pickup requests.
