Cameron BRight brake light was out. Noticed after I got it home. I asked specifically to check it. He just told me it had already been checked. This has happened twice. The other time they only checked my emergency flashers. The right brake light was out on this one also.
Deirdre BConfirming the reservation on the front end was inefficient. I made the reservation on line for a Sunday morning pick up but when I called the pickup location, they informed me they were not open on Sundays. Took several phone calls to work out a Sat pickup.
Rankin FBring back paper copies of contracts. Phone died in travel and had no means of rental prove. 26 foot truck rides like a tank with iron wheels!!! Great people at Ft Payne! TKS God Bless

CHRISTOPHER BYour on line website sucks. When I went to pick up my trailer, there was a bunch of stuff on my order that I did not want. The clerk could not take it off and so I got stuck with the bill. You need to improve your website for folks using a phone.

Tim OI dropped my truck off on Sunday and no one was there. The place was closed. But maybe they're always closed on Sundays. But I stopped back by the next day in the middle of the work day (about 3:30 pm) and they were closed then too.

Christopher WThe following happened to me yesterday. The pickup/drop-off locations and the equipment were fine. But Corporate Uhaul needs to ask what we think of Them! Not just the staff at call centers or pickup locations. It’s Corporate Uhaul that has put new rules into place allowing a member of their team to go to a Uhaul location and just take away (steal away) a truck that’s already reserved for a customer. They then contact that poor customer and tell them they’re going to have to drive a further distance to a different location to get a truck. (They leave out the fact that they actually went and TOOK the truck that was reserved by the customer and was waiting for the customer). As if that’s not enough .. Uhaul doesn’t compensate the customer for the extra gas money he had to pay to go get the truck at the further location, nor for the gas money spent to get the truck to it’s loading destination after pickup. So this customer had to put extra miles on his car to go get the truck at the new further location, pay extra gas money to get there, pay extra gas money to get to the final destination and put extra time put into this! Our time is valuable. If Uhaul needs to take a truck/trailer off one site and take it to another.. that’s fine. But why would they take one that’s been reserved?! That’s Corporate America for you.

edward MThere was some type of rust colored liquid spilled down the wall. The floor was dirty. The back left corner of the trailer leaked destroying on of my wardrobe boxes. Will u- haul replace the wardrobe box I just purchased?

Richard NThe back of the uhaul was dirty. It had some sort of detergent about 1/4” thick all over the floor. After leaving with the uhaul had to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine. I called about they told me the oil that needed to go in. Their wasn’t any leaks. So I would assume the last time the oil was changed that it didn’t get filled to the proper level.
