LOYD GThe uhaul mobile app just isn't good. It wouldn't work properly at either end (pickup or dropoff). Ultimately, I got it dropped off through the app, but it wouldn't attach pictures. It would take 2 or 3 pictures and then just drop them all, making me start over. Eventually, via chat with an agent, I gave up.
ALAN RDrop box for keys were not secure. Made me nervous anyone could take the truck. But overall a very convenient and clean place.
Tonia WGreat people to work with. Offered good advice on the rental trailer and it paid off. Would highly recommend this location!
