I've already filed a dispute for the outrageous fuel fee (almost a half-tank for 27 logged miles) and clean-up fee (we didn't fold the moving blankets, but I've never done that in all the many times I've used Uhaul trucks). I was very disappointed in this extra amount added onto our early payment, and unless it is reimbursed after the dispute is settled, I won't be using the Visionary Eyecare Center location again, nor will I recommend it to any of my colleagues or family.

Engine might have an exhaust leak or something but it has a lot of miles. Driver’s door didn’t want to close and latch all the way. Worked great otherwise!
Eric LWill not be using U-Haul again. You didn’t get any aspect of my reservation right, and solved every issue at the expense of my own time and money. No fuel, wrong truck, last minute pickup change, no equipment I reserved, and making me drive around the metroplex checking locations for said equipment. Absolutely no help from customer service. Rude people who couldn’t be more apathetic. My day was made so much more stressful, because U-Haul has a very loose definition of what “guarantee” means, and because so many of their employees just do not care. As if moving day wasn’t stressful enough, U-Haul has to gouge you at every opportunity and then pull the rug out from underneath you at the last second.
