The location is a dirty, rundown hotel. I didn’t have any problems but I kept my head on a swivel during pickup and drop off.
Michael GThe lady was nice enough, but she was cussing out loud a bunch and didn’t ask me any confirmation questions. I had to call U-Haul later to add my other drivers because she didn’t know how to add them. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Zachary RThe person at the desk didn’t know how to return the truck, couldn’t get ahold of the person that did know how to return the truck. Definitely use the app to return equipment. Motel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
