Had trouble getting truck out of parking lot. Cars blocking drive and had to find people to move them. Keep lot open or bring trucks to the front for pickup.

This location wasn't where I reserved my rental, but I was very satisfied with their assistance and professionalism. I arrived at the neighborhood dealer moments after receiving a call from them, stating they didn't have a truck for me. I was then directed to travel 10 miles round trip to another dealer who had a 15' truck available. Not only did this delay our move by well over an hour, it also added additional expense in mileage and gas. If vehicles aren't available to rent, don't take a reservation. A reply to this comment would be greatly appreciated.

Thats place needs to be blown up. Literally or figuratively. That locale suxke because the qorkers there. They suck seriously attitudes behavior and demenor is poss poor. I would never recommend them nor use them again in this lifetime.

The clerk was very helpful and appalled at my store during the car truck rental in Philadelphia. She suggested I call the company and file a formal complaint. I returned the truck with a half full gas tank so, there go any savings I wanted to have by moving by myself!

When I had called 1800uhaul I reserved a 10 foot uhaul with a dolly with straps and when I got there they did not even have that type of dolly there at all. When I reserved it the lady said that they would very poor service and did not get what I requested. Not satisfied with my reservation at all

this location charged mileage i h,ad not taken yet, i was not informed online about this charge,,,it was done when went to the location,,it was supposed to be 49.95 with 1.39 a mile,,,,when i b\return the truck it was notice that i hadn't been filled ,,properly,,will never use this location again or recommend it

Customer Service was horrible . Van needs to be taken off road all indicators were on dashboard . Front tire low had to put air in twice . No walk around vehicle with me just pulled it up got out and walked backed in store . Was assusomr stop and started helping another that came in behind me . Never again will I use this place and the parking is horrible .

Well the company can start by making sure your trucks are not crawling with roaches. I had the worst experience in my life. For the amount of over 700 hundred dollars, i shpuld not have had to buy products to bomb and spray down your property for bugs. And now no telling if i have brought any with me to my new place!! I should not have had to do ny of this. I understnd the trucks re used by various people. But thi was just ridiclous. And i drove almost 7 hrs for me to have a infested truck!! Also this location is horrible and there is no where to park. Overall hated everything about this rental.

Couldn’t even tell the location was a uhaul drop off the lady that took the truck and my paper work was dressed up in a T-Mobile uniform selling phones the lot was so packed I couldn’t even pull in I will never use this location ever again and hopefully no one else does either

Too congested of a location to be renting out trucks- parking lot is too full and hard to navigate. Also, was misinformed about being able to drop the truck at any Uhaul location, and almost incurred additional charges.

The location is very crowded with multiple other businesses in the same building. There was nowhere to park my personal vehicle so I had to street park it. Windshield wipers on the truck were very worn and need to be replaced. There was also a dirty blanket in the cargo area.

The van had the side door damaged and inoperable. I was not told about it prior to leaving the store. I almost had an accident due to this. The place is disorganized the employees are unaware of the state of the vehicle, did not do a walk thru. And are somewhat rude . Would not rent from here again

My original request was not filled by the company I chose. I was relocated to this pick up point that was located 10 more miles from my first choice pick up. The provider didn't even bother to look over the truck with me .The gas tank level was lower than quoted on my receipt and there were many things left in the truck that I had to dispose of or be charged a cleaning fee. I was VERY dissatisfied with this company.

You're representative did not tell me he was going to charge my card DOUBLE of what I was quoted upon reservation. He just charged it without going over anything! I also needed boxes, but this location sells them at double the price of any other uhaul representative."Xtreme connections" is a very poor representative. I don't think I'll ever again do business with uhaul.

My internet reservation stated that X Treme Connections operates until 3:00 p.m. on Sundays. Upon arrival at 12:15, an unidentifiable man stated "they are closed". That same man had the keys to the door 5 minutes later when I suspected this person as the operator X Treme Connections and insisted upon his honoring my reservation. Had I not, I would have lost my money, my entire moving day, but maintained my loyalty to the Uhaul rental servicing company. After the experience with X Treme Connections, I felt the need to report this to Uhaul. Long-story short, Uhaul's inability to compensate myself for this experience, a loyal 6-year customer after being mistreated, I will gladly give Penske the business from now on. I pray you never know the hurt and mistreatment my wife and I felt on this day. Originally, I pinned it all on X Treme Connections. But now, the Uhaul regional agent states that there is no reason for compensation--I beg to differ. If the CEO of Uhaul walked into my place of employment and was not treated with respect, denied entry because I wanted to close my business before I'm supposed to, allowed other customers to be waited on first even though I was first in line, I would expect to hear some backlash from by boss and have to compensate the CEO somehow. The bottom line is that this 3rd party location did a disservice to the Uhaul corporation, and this corporation supported that disservice 100%. Shame on both of you. Therefore, any company that does not respect its image enough to correct 3rd party vendors when they've done done wrong, or to, somehow, compensate loyal customers when they've truly been mistreated I must declare full and all out flagrant foul! If you are reading this and think you have the power to change my mind about Uhaul, I issue this challenge to you first: 1- Make a reservation for a Uhaul for a pickup at 3001 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052 2- Make sure when you get there promptly at 12:00 for your pickup that the truck is not there and you are redirected to 232 N 7th St Allentown, PA 18102 for the sam pickup. 3- Upon your arrival at approximately 12:15, be sure to be denied entry to the business your supposed rental has been moved to. 4- Upon calling Uhaul corporate to check on the status of X Treme Connections, ask for a video call from the person complaining because the person complaining could have shown first hand how the "boss" had to be begged to go back to work, operate from behind a closed gate, then wait on other people who came in after I did. 5- Last but not least, receive insincere and careless feedback from Uhaul customer service reps who claim to have your whole story and will work to make things right, only to be told "there's no need for compensation since you got your truck."

I asked for a different pickup location- this was the other side of town- not convenient- there was pieces of somebodies stuff in the back and the low air light for the tire was on. Before we could do anything we had to fill the tires at a gas station

Uhaul was not cleaned AT ALL. Someone had been smoking and ashed all over the seats and cup holders, there was also an opened Gatorade in the truck as well.

Having an 8 am self pickup and getting out of their at 9:15 after having to go into the office is not acceptable. Return took 20 minutes because there isn't a dedicated person. It's a prepaid cell phone office with lines of people looking to buy minutes. I won't be going there agaiin nor do I think I am going to recommend U-Haul.
