I there was no one there when I arrived to drop off the trailer. The gate was open and pared the trailer in a location I thought would be good. I then tried to find someone- the building was unlocked and no one in site. I called out and looked around then found a number on the gate and called. The first time I called it said the mailbox had not been set up - then I called again and then a lady answered. She said the they were not going to open until 11 that day because of a family emergency. I asked if where I left the trailer was ok and she told me yes. All of this took about 20 minutes so when I got off the phone with her I realized it was after my time to turn in the trailer and I did not want to be considered late so I called her back. She told me that she would not count me late and would send over my receipt shortly. That was at 11:40 am and I received my receipt at 5:31 pm. Dropping off was not a problem but if I had been picking up at this location and this had happened I would have been very upset.

Richard JThe location was ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes to accomplish nothing.. They gave us the trailer without a contract. We drove from Texas to Virginia they called once. I tried 2 times to call them back, they never returned my calls. When we got to Virginia we had no return place for the trailer. I called U-Haul spoke was transferred to several people before a gentleman said they didn’t show a rental on the trailer. He did a contract over the phone and set us up for a place. Then he overcharged my credit card, I had to call and again go through a maze of people before I was told he would make the credit my card. I’m waiting.

Scott SOwner is very rude and worker was not very helpful at all. Worker at location practically scolded/insulted me for asking how to raise the trailer off the hitch. Uhaul is too good a company to be associated with a business like this one.

Sandra RNo one was there for our appointment time. They called us about 3 hours later to say they were “now” available. What they charged us when we got there was more than the total i got from my online reservation. Put off our whole day and had to extend our move in times because this. would not recommend or rent here again.

Jeff DNone was there and no one answered the phone for 2 days. I just dropped off equipment. Two days later I called and they acknowledged it was there. Terrible service. Why are they a drop off location and no one is there.
John DThere was no one available when I went to drop off at 9:30am, even though their open sign was out. From there, I called the phone number on the contract multiple times, with no answer. Sent a text message with no answer and it has been almost 36 hours and still have not had any return calls or texts.

AUTUMN MShowed up a day early (Saturday) to return trailer not due until Sunday. Small business closed down on Saturday because it was raining and so no one was there to accept my return. Called them and they told me to come back on Sunday instead. Really? 60 mile round trip twice in 2 days because I wanted to return equipment 1 day early? On a Saturday? Ridiculous. Not happy.
