The truck was clean but it didn’t have the furniture pads I rented inside. I don’t notice until I I had already driven it home cause it didn’t check the car side of the truck.

JONATHAN WDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue we encountered during a recent U-Haul rental under reservation number 93472679. During our trip from Omaha to Houston, we experienced significant rainfall while driving through Oklahoma. Unfortunately, during approximately four hours of rain, the passenger compartment of the truck leaked extensively, resulting in both passengers and their belongings—including clothing—getting soaked. We had to stop at a gas station to purchase towels in an attempt to dry off and stay comfortable for the remainder of the journey. We find this level of water intrusion unacceptable and far below the standard one should expect from a vehicle rented for a long-distance trip. Staying dry and safe should be a basic expectation when renting a U-Haul vehicle for an 800-mile journey. The truck was returned this morning at your Pearland, TX location, and we respectfully request that U-Haul review this issue and consider issuing a partial refund for the rental due to the discomfort and inconvenience caused. JONATHAN GI can speak to what I saw that was right. The people where so helpful and something that stoods out as soon as you walk in the door or if there was a line the cashier acknowledged the people waiting. That is something that I do myself working in a customer service industry it is important to have good customer service.

CARLOS NExtremely happy with my rental of the 5x9 foot trailer with rear ramp. Trailer was in excellent condition, the ramp was easy to use, and the trailer had lots of tie downs available for me to secure my cargo. The dealership was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a prorated rate based on the actual usage. If there’s any possibility for an adjustment, I would truly appreciate it. STEFAN HI was charged $15 for insurance and was never ask if I wanted the insurance. When I looked and the invoice I ask the manager what was the extra charge for. He replied that it was insurance. I ask him to refund me because he never mentioned insurance of ask me if I wanted it. He said I would have to called customer service for the refund. I did not like being charged for something that I was not given an option to accept or not to accept. If I recommended this location I would a friend to be aware of the insurance charge.

TIMOTHY DDropped off my uhaul the night of the 3rd. Tried to call for the next 2 days with no response. Finally got a message saying my uhaul was dropped off on the 5th, two days after the actual return.

Briscilla SI ordered a dolly and never received one. The employee told me it would be taken off and I also notated it during the initial inspection. The employee also told me that I can drop off my vehicle at any local but I went to the location I selected. I was charged $153 at Extreme Bed Liner and another $145 from U-Haul Moving and Storage of Katy. Spoke to customer and I have yet to receive an email refunding me $120 for the $7 dolly rental.
