The initial location I booked the reservation with was terrible. The store owner couldn't help me locate the keys because there were no keys in the boxes. So, the Uhaul representative helped me step by step to resolve the issue and assign a new location that had trucks with keys available. She was great. However, the overall experience up to that point was awful. I will not be booking with uhaul in the future. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
