We did an after hours drop off and it was easy to do. The app makes it even easier. Waterhouse so there were no personnel there.

The truck was filthy, the mirrors were not adjustable, which was a safety hazard, and the team did not give any instructions whatsoever. It was a here's the keys and pulling F off kinda vibe. The pull behind did not have working lights, another safety issue. Honestly, I feel we overpaid for the crappy service and crappy equipment
Natalie SI should not have to unhook my trailer for them. this guy had a good excuse his back was just worked on but there was 2 other young boys there on there phones that could have came over and helped. i know it was lunch time but come on this poor guy had back issues and it was raining outside . he and i was in the rain doing this. this location had a man there that would hook and unhook than pull the trailer to the back with a tool. they said he quit. Shame
HARLEY JLine was slow and the truck I used had a check engine light and preformed poorly.
Shane GThe ramp was short compared to previous uhaul rentals. It made moving much more difficult/time consuming as the ramp was much steeper to go up and down. I would not rent a truck like that again.
