Your records will show that. My original reservation was as follows: Reservation #: 89545162 Pick Up Location: Superior Automotive 1137 Rte 130 N Robbinsville, NJ 08691 Pick Up Date: Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 9:30 AM Drop Off Location: U-Haul Moving & Storage of Park Slope 394 4th Ave Park Slope, NY 11215 Drop Off Date: Sunday, July 14, 2024 Equipment: 10' Truck Upon arriving at the location, following all of the prompts of the app and related emails, I was unable to get a code to get the key for the vehicle. I wasted over an hour at that location. After finally getting through to customer service, I was told by your representative to go to Columbia self storage at1025 US-206 N Bordentown, NJ 08505. At that location, again following all prompts, instructions, etc. I could not get the code to get the key for the vehicle. This is NOT because I am inept at following app or email instructions! It was a fault with your system! At this point , I registered a complaint. Confirmation # 4862975 U-Haul report. Your representative was unable to get me the code for the key at the Columbia location after I was on hold for over half an hour - more than an hour wasted. After wasting over three hours, I had to cancel my original reservation (89545162)and went to a third location,Yardville Auto Repair 4165 S Broad St. Hamilton, NJ 08620, that was open, and finally got a truck under # 90006570. However, unlike my original plan, I had to return this truck to that location instead of New York City. This, of course, added unplanned miles and expenses. This entire experience was extremely inconvenient and unnecessarily expensive. In addition to the increased costs of the rental caused by your company's system, we lost our window of time at the moving location and had to pay for parking and other unplanned expenses - again, due to mistakes by U-Haul. I expect to be FULLY REIMBURSED for all costs for order # 90006570. Leuba Butta 848-202-5637
David DUhaul customer service is horrible. You switched my pick up location, the truck on on Empty, you have to go through so many steps to pick up and drop off vehicle. Not very user friendly and I tend to think I’m pretty techy. I will not use U-Haul again

Oliver OWe were going to drop this off after our day of use, and it ended up being after hours with the location closed. We pulled in and were getting ready to find the dropbox for keys when someone pulled up. It ended up being Mohamed who runs the location. They had been closed, but he was on his way home from already being at the shop getting a rental ready for a customer the next day, when he saw us on the road heading in the direction of his shop. He wondered if we were going to his place, and turned around to meet us there! He didn’t need to do that, because there was a dropbox, but he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the drop off, didn’t need anything, and had a good experience. He was personable, kind, and certainly went out of his way for his customers. Would definitely recommend!
Brian PThe mobile pick-up process takes too long. It recommends getting there 10 min early but 30 is more like it. I'm glad they extended the time because if not we would have went over. The verification process should be done way before pickup to avoid this long wait. The reservation time was quick and easy. The van had a busted tail light and should have been fixed before we picked it up. Luckily we did not get pulled over.
Adrianne RThe App is horrible. Took me over an hour to get in 3 phone calls and a lot of back and forth before i could get going.. I also filled tank with gas at the location upon my return but was still charged $10 for not enough gas. The needle was on the F and the pump clicked per the attendant but still was charged.. disputed with uhaul agent but no recourse
BRIAN BI will tell anyone to take picture of gas amount so when you bring it back you won’t be overcharged for gas that’s the only problem we had it was a little over half but Mohammed filled it to the third quarter fully but it wasn’t on the 3rd quarter when we left I reiterate it was a little over a half but it’s OK. Was disappointed about that but everything went well. The truck was very clean. The truck drove very well.!!
