There was no one there at the drop off site. Was just a grass field with trailers in several different areas. Had to send photos to a number one the door to show you had dropped the equipment off.

There was no one available here. I had to try and get it remotely worked out. It took an hour. Calling and texting people so that I could get my equipment. The truck was never cleaned and had glass bottles rolling around and bottlecaps on the floor. The vents were caked with some white stuff. The gas was half tank. The passenger side brake light was not working on the truck. The tires were not inflated properly so I had immense bounce in the truck. Overall I was completely frustrated with the experience.

Great couple managing this U-Haul location. They were very friendly and made the process simple. Absolutely would recommend. I will be renting in the future

Maintain the equipment. The tail light compartment fell loose, only held on by the wiring, I had to duct tape it in place. The strap tie down ratches were very rusty and needed WD40 lubrication to be functional.

Self-checkout was not helpful due to discrepancy in fuel gauge level. I am still trying to reach someone to resolve the issue.

I tried to call them to let them know that I would be late as I got caught up moving my son. Left a message on an answering machine which sounded like a female voice. They never returned my call, thankfully UHAUL "hot line" acknowledged my request when i wrote them. When I got to the location, I only spoke to a person over the phone no one came to help me. It appeared to be an old house, was not very uninviting, if it wasn't for my background I would have turned around left, it was that level of appearing non-safe place. I had to find a piece of wood to use as leverage to pick the trailer off my truck. I sent the girl on the phone pictures like she asked, and it appears all was okay. This is the first time I have seen UHAUL have a site like this, I would recommend UHAUL conduct an inspection of the site.

I was charged twice for Renting a Dolly and dropping it off on the same day. Charged $157 and then the next day charged $43 plus a dollar. I don't understand I'm calling traffic to. Morrow I think. Winner open.

Upon returning the truck, it was dark without any lights and no one to acknowledge the return of the truck. Although the truck was returned after hours, the area did not feel safe. There wasn't any signage or directions as where to leave the truck or the key. We had to honk the horn multiple times before someone came out and took the key from us. Then the rental was fully returned in the system until two days later. I had to call 800-GOUHAUL to confirm the truck indicated as "returned" in the system.

Thomas was a really nice person and was very accommodating since we did the 15ft U-Haul truck and car trailer together but he allowed us to have us pull the car trailer with our own pickup truck and drive the U haul separately. We recommend him to anyone!

I picked up the vehicle on the second day that they were offering Uhaul rentals. They were very helpful, but Uhaul's online rental system was not intuitive, the pickup location was different from what I had originally selected, and the trucks (which YeeHaw We Haul has just received from a different Uhaul location) were VERY low on gas. The owners were helpful getting things on track, but the Uhaul team setting up the new location was not good.
