No one onsite, when I called the number on the door voicemail was full, got a call back and sent a link to pay. When I said I would only pay through the Uhaul app, the woman said she makes 1.6 mil a year from uhaul and doesnt want to lose it. I said then why isn't someone at her site and she hung up on me. When I called someone to come pick me up, a guy rides up on a bike to give me a key. I had to pay helpers for an hours work because I couldn't get a truck at the time agreed upon. I also inconvenienced a friend to drive back and get me after I was hung up on. The guy who showed up blamed everything on Uhaul and said she hung up on me because they have the right to deny service to anyone. This is a bad location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rental started off shaky. My reservation location was changed and I was unaware and had been dropped off where I made my reservation. Ashley was very sympathetic to my predicament and made a few phone calls. She put me touch with Austin who changed my pickup location to something walkable. Thomas met me at the lot and was extremely helpful. These three people were well above average in customer service., I am very grateful.
Kevin RI have a dispute and with U-Haul Robert Gay. Well, I went to the location. No one was there. I finally got a phone call after waiting an hour in my car to open a lock to get the key. The truck 26 foot I was assigned to had mechanical problems, break problems, no window handle on the driver side to open the window, caught a tank of gas and no equipment that I ordered was in the truck a dolly and a furniture dolly it was a terrible move the 26th foot truck needs to be serviced. I would not recommend anyone renting this truck until it does get the proper care and safety to drive. When I return the truck at 6:30 PM, but he was at the facility. It was pitch dark not any lights I could not see except for my video camera that shed a little light to return the key to a red box and videoed the truck and almost fell over a pile of hate, was very scary as a single woman dropping the truck off to this very deserted field in the middle of nowhere. Very very scary.

Devin RGreat experience! I started at a different U-Haul location with a reservation on a car transport. I got there they had none available (even though I had a confirmed reservation). That location said this location had 1 available. The experience was great. Yes, it is a house off of Aloma and not your typical looking U-Haul location, however they were great and helped me get it hooked up and everything was very smooth. I appreciate their efforts and will definitely make this my primary location for all of my U-Haul needs.
