Veronica FIt was horrible. This whole “authorized neghiborhood dealer” is going to ruin the company. These shop owners are scum. I booked a U-Haul for a location near me, got an email changing it on me, had to uber to the HOOD, stood outside bc an incompetent neghiborhood dealer didn’t show up to open his shop on time. Now, the best part, when returning the truck the “neghiborhood authorized dealer” puts a fake address, makes u go into his shop, for them to make you drive to an unregistered address, again, in the ghettos, to return it. I’ve used U-Haul for years but never will again. This was a horrible experience

NATHAN TThere was no location. The address brought me to a vacant lot. It appears the building was recently demolished. I searched for 30 minutes walking around the neighbourhood looking for the office with no signage or information advising of U-Haul. There were two other U-Haul trucks parked on the street. I decided to park my rental vehicle next to the other two U-Haul vehicles and placed the vehicle keys in the cargo bay, and then locked the cargo bay with the combination lock provided by U-Haul.

MAYRA LWhen we arrived the parking area was almost full. The door was locked, very poor signs to show it was a U-Haul office. The gentleman in the office was very helpful but the office was tiny and very old looking.
