I returned the truck in what appeared to be good condition—exactly the same state it was in when I picked it up. Two days later, when heavy rain set in, the owner discovered a leak in the roof. Without calling or notifying me, he quietly filed an insurance claim, alleging that I had damaged the vehicle. I tried calling the facility, but they refuse to speak with me and won't give their names. I still don't even know the claim number. I believe the location owner damaged the truck himself in his cramped parking lot and tried to cover it up.
