johana cWhen I got there, there was nobody at the location and the store was locked. I waited about 10 minutes and went to check the back of the store. After 5 additional minutes, somebody showed up. He told me to go to the front of the store so he can check me in. When I got there he spent another 5 to 10 minutes with another customer than came after me, and did not acknowledge me until I got his attention. He gave me the key of the truck finally, and told me to put the dolly and the roller in the truck. By the time I picked up the truck, it was already 8 PM, but he did not adjust my pickup time! Awful customer service.

MOISES LRenting a UHaul from Simon was easy and smooth. He called me ahead of time to let me know that the van I reservrd had not been returned and quickly changed my reservation to the available vehicle after I confirmed I was ok with it. Simon was great throughout, accommodating changes in the duration of my rental when I told him we were an hour behind. All in all, a hassle-free experience that made my move so much easier.
