We had to shovel the uhaul truck out which was completely unexceptable. The truck stalled everytime you stopped. We even had to have road side assistance out at one point because it would not even restart.

Adding extra environmental fees and charging extra for protection fee and saying it’s just what we do is not cool at all. To expensive, last time I’m ever using this.
