I wasn’t of it being a mobile pick up until I got there and saw the pick up was at an abandoned gas station. It took me over 30 minutes to locate the key after calling customer service.

Building had no signage and was a boarded up building. No worker present. No other U-Haul items in sight. I didn’t feel safe and tried to call U haul only to be told it would be 20 minutes until I could speak to a live person. Definitely not a good location. I passed two good drop off locations closer but was told at pickup I had to use this one. Very disappointed
Gayla PWe had the best experience at a U-Haul place in Meridian where we made the reservation. Pick up location in York was not very well kept. But we were thankful we got the truck
