The self check in and check out was horrible. The lock process needs to be updated to digital with Bluetooth and a code. The truck maintenance needs to be reviewed. Gas should always be at least at half a tank . The night check in took to long because u had to retake pictures 4 times. After logging out of the app I was able to check out. Also at night it is unsafe because people are actually in the trucks. While I was taking pictures of the truck there was a man two trucks down sitting in the back of another truck.

STEPHEN FI loved it when I realized this Uhaul rental right up the street with exactly what I needed to rent. It shares a space with a laundering facility. The one person I saw working helping with the laundry customers is also helping Uhaul customers. I didn't mind but I had hoped the person doing 2 jobs at once were getting paid accordingly. It was a different person at pickup and drop off. Both did a fabulous job! Thank you!
