This us a Uhaul corporate issue, but the reservation needs to be more precise. I wanted a drop gate trailer, but the only one's available were swing door. The location is fantastic and the worker there is great!

Me dijeron que me devolverían dinero si no utilizaba la cantidad de millas q indique en un principio q utilizaría. Me pidieron pagar 103$ si mal no recuerdo. Pero después me enviaron una factura de 77$ y aún no se me a hecho el reenbolso del dinero sobrante.
Jarold TMy gps took me to the rear of the building. I called and got directions to come to “the other side”. The person seemed irritated with my call. I came around front and found the right area(which was sort of in a hole and not easily visible from the road. I backed the trailer in then went into the laundromat to look for an attendant. There was a desk to one side, but no one there. I left my contract on the desk and went out to take photos before leaving. At that point a woman walked up, looked inside the trailer for blankets and then said something like “you’re free to go”. Just not friendly or helpful at all.
