Tire air pressure and tow hitch light were on the whole time. Attendant stated that if I could put air in it she would dis out $10. I returned vehicle at same gas level but hours later I get a receipt with a gas charge. Will never go to this location again. I know now to wait for the them to check return no matter how busy they claim they are.Vivian E.

Maybe let the phone ring when you have 4 or more customers standing in line instead of answering it and everytime saying you have 6 customers and can't take the person on the phones uhaul reservation. If there is an answering machine that picks up the messages... call them back and to make their reservation. The amount of time they waste talking sooo much on the phone (and to each other) is the ONLY downside to this location. They do an excellent job with keeping the trucks clean and being friendly. HOWEVER....if you pause from checking in the person in front of you to then answer the phone and tell them that you are busy and can't take their reservation....aren't you just wasting time for both clients?Karida C.

The trucks could be better; I did not feel safe driving the first vehicle I was issued during my 24/7 checkout. However, I went back to the location when it opened and Zoe took very good care of me. She is so awesome. Her customer service attitude is the best. Much Kudos to her. Wanda is awesome too; she helped me with the initial reservation.Vicky C.

The only thing I would improve is to make sure the windows/windshield is clean. I didn't have a problem driving during the day but at night I had difficulty seeing because the windshield had been wiped by someone's hand in a circle motion (like maybe they couldn't wait for it to defrost) and it was right in my line of sight so it was difficult to see. Otherwise everything went smoothly and it was a great experience.Lisa S.

We noticed something in front right tire before we left with truck. We got the lady to come look. She said just take a pick an if anything happens they'll send someone to repair. In my opinion, good thing nothing happened to tire to cause accident. Cause I would NOT have been happy. We should have been given another truck an that one could have been taken care of. Also, I don't no if things have changed. Been long time since I needed a truck. But it used to be, the person who was gonna drive truck needed to show ID / license. They said, no they rented to me under my name an I could let anyone drive with a license over 18. 🤔🤔🤷â€â™€ï¸Shelia N.

First, they overcharged me and when I called to discuss on Saturday, September 3, no one would answer my call, I left a message and no one returned a call to me to resolve my dispute. Now today I see my bank account balance is pending a withdrawal of $17.91. No one has sent an email or placed a call to inform me why this charge is occurring. This company should NOT be re-entering my account to pay for ANYTHING. I used the rented vehicle and requested 1 dolly, but their final invoice show them charging for 2 dolly's. I returned the truck undamaged in the location that I picked it up and attempted several times to use the app, because it was an after hours return. The app does not work properly and is in dire need of tweaking and adjustments. I called to report that and was informed I would not be charged for an additional day. However, it appears that they're trying to sneak other unknown charges on my activity. I will not recommend them to anyone unless the make this right with me.ZhengJa M.
I returned the vehicle on Labor Day - one hour after the 24-hour rental window. I also put more gasoline in it than was when I picked up the vehicle. As a repeat customer I would have appreciated not being charged a full day.Darren V.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when the size truck we reserved wasn't available. The truck was drivable but did slip out of gear here and there, not ideal but also not surprising for a rental. All in all good experience and we would use this location again.Kevin S.
I've been renting from this location for many years and this was the worst experience I ever had. Best believe, I will no longer use this location. Have additional personnel working. I arrive to pick up my truck on time at 9am, and was not serviced until after 10am. There was one person doing everything. Taking reservation, checking trucks out, waiting on walk in customers and storage unit purchases. She was clearly overwhelmed and made sure that everyone in the area knew it. I have been a loyal customer of U-Haul for years, but this was the worst rental experience ever. The company as ahold is great, but this location need to step-up their gameMark W.
