Check engine light was on prior to my trip, i was told its just the gas cap; shimmy from the steering wheel; also vibration, maybe needs alignment or tires balanced; Also windshield wipers

DARRELL RI was completely overcharged for my U-Haul rental. I put less than 29 miles on the truck and was charged $133 total.

JOHN HBoth clerks had poor customer service. Both seemingly had attitudes. Clerk had to get the vehicle from the back. I stood outside and waited. He pulls around, hops out and hands me the keys as he walks by. Doesn't speak. Doesnt even break stride. Vehicle had strong odor when I received it. After I got it home and began loading my items in the back, I noticed the smell was even stronger. Upon further inspection, there was yellow liquid (urine) in the front corner of the cab. The uhaul location was closed so there was nothing I coule do at the time. Overall, that was by far my worst uhaul experience

JEROME DIt was great until the receipt was in my email. Drove only 38 miles, added gas 1/2 mile before return, 3.25 gallons, brought gauge up to 1/4 full as required. Invoiced $39 more for 2 gallons gas. Can't help but feel this was wrong.
WAYNE MAfter moving I noticed that the truck was very dirty inside. Several of my items got stained in the moving process.

TIJWANNA PI reserved for a mobile pickup, it was not established by the site and I had to wait 90 minutes for them to open before I could get the cargo van. It’s the closest location near me, but they do not follow through for mobile app orders

She was extremely helpful, polite, and demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the process. Her friendly and pleasant demeanor made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had with U-Haul. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental and will definitely return for future business.

Rhondale HWhen I got there the system was down. I couldn't pick up from my phone. I was told I had to move my care because there was no parking. I told them I would need to cancel my reservation and then was told I could park in handicap, which I was because I indeed have a handicap. The customer service was lacking but the location was convenient for my needs.
DANIELLE BI rented a van during the holiday season at this Waldorf location and it was only one person working. Wanda was excellent. She handled everything from the check-in, check out, retrieve the vehicles with MUCH patience and professionalism. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE based on the circumstances.
JUANITA PI have experienced several uhauls and this process was the hardest (dealing with trying to get the information into the phone, running into several issues and having to give my phone to the manager. the whole experience was expensive per mile and ift feel like it happens bc of the are. I have never had that experience and an area like bowie, annapolis, columbia or even waldorf for that matter. The whole experience, I wouldn't recommend to anyone outside of that area.
Tiffany HThe van had someone else paperwork in the window of the van, something had spilled leaving it sticky around the cup holders, and it had a terrible cigarette smell. I suffer from asthma so I'm glad I had my inhaler on me. I've rented uhauls from this location multiple times and never had a problem. I was surprised how nasty and smelly it was this time.
