I THINK THAT THE COMPANY NEEDS TO INVEST A LITTLE CASH AND FILL UP THE GAS TANKS. TOPPING OFF B/F RETURNING WILL KEEP THE THE VEHICLES FULL INSTEAD OF RENTING MOVING VEHICLES WITH A 1/4 OF GAS.........ALSO THE ENGINE LIGHT WONT COME ON AND DRAW CODES P0170, P0171, AND P0174

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pickup truck that was waiting for the driver seat was let in a back position all the way. The handle that would had helped to pull the back up was completely broken. So that let me know this truck was not examined closely.
carilon wThe cargo door latch needs to be fixed. The latch does not lock in the open position when the door is open, and is halfway open. This becomes an impediment and interferes with closing the door! This was a major issue with the vehicle that I was issued.
