Chafack TBe sure all equipment that was asked for is on the truck. I was charged for a extra dolly and furniture dolly that I did not receive.

SOPHIA SThe truck (AE38221) was clean, but run down and outdated. Hopefully, not all their vehicles are like that one. No power locks, seats, windows or mirrors. Rough steering, rickety ride and forced power. Hard if you're driving solo. The office staff was great. They were friendly and professional and made the rental process easy. Yes, I would recommend this location and yes, I would use this location again for U-Haul rental.
