I intentionally did not book this location based on past experience. My booking was transferred and it was downhill from there. I will be calling.

I Returned the vehicle, early with additional gas, and had questions about my charges,also I assume early drop off are acceptable fortunately one staff member was onsite and informed me she would close out the agreement the following day.

Jonathon JI was disappointed to find out that I would not be getting the blankets I ordered when I reserved the vehicle online. I had to improvise with clothes in place of the 10 blankets I pre-ordered. It would've been nice for the U-Hall staff at the Waldorf, MD, location to notify me they had no blankets before I found out the morning I picked up the truck. Rightfully, I was refunded the blanket fee once I learned they didn't have blankets. I was just disappointed I wasn't contacted before the day I picked up the truck.
MELVIN CI did not like the end result of this rental experience. I rented a 9' cargo van and the rental charge was shown as $19.95 but on my receipt it says $39.90. Why is there a difference in the charge? Why am I charged an additional day when I returned it on the same day? I rented a 15' two days prior and this rental cost almost as much. Does customer loyalty have any perks?

MARK AWanda the property manger was great. She go the truck and auto hauler to her location so I don’t have to go to another location to pickup. Her and her staff was a big help. Didn’t see another location to out this but noticed the night I pickup truck and trailer the running lights didn’t work in trailer. Called road side service and the tech that came out was great also. Worked hard to fix the problem.
Shane PDuring my visit, the lady working was by herself and the systems seemed to be going slow however she was very professional and polite in handling phone calls as well as walk-ins. She also had to move and prepare trucks to go out in which she also handled well considering. Her politeness was the reason we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes.

RUSSELL AI wasn’t comfortable with the service received from the 3rd party vendor today at Your Storage Space in Waldorf, MD. They told me to leave my key and they’d check it in tomorrow morning during truck return. Mind you I pick up the truck at 10am and they didn’t say anything about checking it in the morning. Notwithstanding I was able to check it in on the app via mobile, but it just didn’t seem like they were attempting to be helpful. Mind you as I was leaving another 26’ truck was pulling in clearly for drop off. This was like 4:00 pm on the dot. The Your Storage Space manager spoke with him in the parking lot for which I only could assume was the same treatment I received. Really I just wanted my receipt but I was told to do the self service mobile return. But why wouldn’t the customer rep be able to print my receipt if I can access my receipt via the app? Also they tell U-Haul customers to park in BJs parking lot across the street but park on-premise themselves. So be prepared to evade traffic at pick up and drop off.

Lisa LI booked the rental three weeks in advance and added dolly equipment to help with the move. When I arrived, I was informed there was no equipment and what I’m guessing was the manager did not care at all. No apology. I was just asked if I wanted the truck or not. Absolutely horrible service. I will not return to that location.
Crystal DI returned rental van and was charged for gas which I returned with a full tank. Also tried to close my storage unit since I emptied it out on the 14 July 2025. I was told it would be processed at the end of the month. Why it is being processed then makes no sense unless your Company doesn't want to refund what I didn't use.

GARY CI rented a trailer. I had to hook it up myself at the direction of the lady who worked there. I don't mind doing it, since this was a pretty small trailer, but if I had a larger trailer, it could have been a problem.

VICTOR TI got charged a fuel fee even though I put gas in the vehicle (more than what I used) before I returned it. I sent an email to U-Haul but have not received a response. Poor customer service for U-Haul.
