Annette T.It's best to rent from a Uhaul location instead of a substation. You don't get all the information you need. I ended up getting charged more in the end because I wasn't explained that I was supposed to put the gas back the way I received it. The way he explained it was that I would get a credit if I did but did not say I had to or I would get charged. It was explained when I turned it in and ended up having to pay $20 more.

WILLIAM H.Upon getting to the location for pick up, I saw a sign on the door which indicated "on lunch, will be back at 340" resulting in a delay (my reservation was at 3.) Once I opened the truck, I noticed that the ramp was dislodged from its original location resulting in further delay. Additionally, the dolly and blankets were not properly sealed. I submitted a claim (there are pictures attached), and received a response from Javier Regalado on Sun, Sep 10, 2017 at 10:45 AM stating the following: "Mrs. Williams if there is a mechanical issue with the equipment please call Road side assistance. Once I get there report I will take reimbursed for consideration". By the time Mr. Regalado responded to my claim, I had already returned the vehicle and it was the following day, so my issues were left unresolved.
Shavana W.The clerk had problems accessing my reservation. So after 20mins of trying I called u-haul back and handed her the phone. I was finally able to get keys after 42mins. #updatesystem?!??
LISA M.Appliance dolly was not available at that location. Had to go to another to get one. Mileage out was wrong and there was only 3/8 tank of gas and was recorded as 1/2. I informed the representative and she said she would call in the discrepancy. Good, clean equipment.
Stephen B.I ordered 12 pads and when I got to location she stated this location did not carry pads. I think someone should of called with info before pickup. I had hired helpers that I was paying to drive truck for me. I had charge removed I had my stuff damaged because of this over sight I am not happy. Also when renting truck no one helped me with that and I could not get all my stuff on the truck. It was a nightmare.

ALONZO M.I will not use U-Haul again. I made an online reservation and ordered a 15 foot, 1 utility dolly, 1 appliance dolly. I went to pick up my truck and they said they did not have the appliance dolly. The gentleman working tried to call the Nacagdoches 3 times at which no one answered. He finally was talking to someone named Carlos. I was able to reserve online the truck and dollies. The gentleman at the storage unit didn't understand why you could rent something if they don't have it. I was told that I had to go out of MY way to go and pick up the dolly. No one offered to bring it to me...I HAD TO. I was told we'll give them to you for a free rental of the dollies. So when check out came it was trying to charge me $59 and I was like ummm no. For a 24 hour rental it was $29 and I showed him my reservation. He couldn't edit the system to correct the charges. He tried to cancel the order and start over...at which he was having more problems. 45 minutes later I was finally out the door only to have to go and pick up the dollies. If it wasn't for the fact that I was moving that morning and didn't have time to call around for other rental places...I had no choice. I will not use Uhaul again. Very unsatisfied.
TANYA W.while uhaul online tried to double the charge for the trailer, the employee at 'Your Storage Place' was friendly and helpful. I would definiltely recommend 'Your Storage Place' but am leery about using uhaul online again.
JAMES S.The truck itself was clean however it was very obvious that the driver's side front ball bearing was going out. Every time I turned it made this god awful sound and sometime when I braked and almost made me fearful. I was glade when I finally had to turn this truck back in. Sadly, when I told person about the issue on the truck he already knew about it and still rented the truck anyway. That was a HUGE SAFETY risk!!
