SAM MWhat an unexpectedly great experience I had renting a cargo van for a couple of hours. Online booking was smooth. Pick-up was a breeze, with an outstanding emoyee who was personable and knowledgable. Return also fast and easy. The van itself was exactly what I needed, and super clean.
Andrea CSecond time renting from this location. Convenient for anyone in the medical center area. Staff is very friendly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they do not allow you to park your personal vehicle on site while you’re using the truck. Luckily I had a helper to drive separately but could be inconvenient for some.

Peach OShit location with a shittier staff. None of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. The person I had to deal with to pick it up was some shit outsourced dumbass. The people I got to speak to later in the day were fantastic and the only redeeming factor about U-Haul.

Rachel Struck was filthy truck had less than a Quarter tank of gas i was convinced to buy the daily rental plus mileage instead of the reservation price I made. they said it would be a lot less to do it that way. i drive 30 miles and returned the truck with the same amount of gas I had driven away with. they then billed me $175 upon return because the truck was below a quarter tank of gas. they said that Uhaul automatically charges this when the truck is below a quarter tank. I explained that this is how they gave it to me and they said Uhaul just does that. i then had to go out an additional 5 gallons on the truck to bring it above a quarter tank to avoid the charge. very disappointing service and policies on Uhaul part if this is true

Cyndi RIf they don't have the size truck, they should inform you beforehand. I was upgraded to a larger model because the smaller truck I requested wasn't available. However, for a senior citizen the larger truck is harder to drive and climb in and out of.

Ron RYour uhaul had a big hole in the roof and was dirty and full of sand. The gas wasn’t half way and I had to travel to another uhaul location for the auto transport. Still waiting for my additional miles and days credit from a supervisor. They only had 2 trucks.

SAN MThe customer service agent that was in the office on the day I picked up my U-Haul was so kind and helpful in making my stressful moving day easier. I watched as another customer came in and approached her with a rude tone and spoke down to her about things that were out of the control of U-Haul and the storage location “Your Storage Place” but she remained courteous and demonstrated values that should be recognized by U-Haul. I did not catch her name but she was the only person working on July 11 in the office at approx noon time. I hope U-Haul will take input from a loyal U-Haul customer by finding out her name and recognize her exemplary customer service.

Gerald BThe staff was rude and did not have any answers to my questions. Because I did self service she kept telling me I had to call the uhaul 1800 number. She couldnt even give me the keys to the truck once I showed her my online registration was complete and it stated for me to walk in the office for the keys. Very unprofessional on her part. She even had me open the truck and check everything myself she didnt even leave the office. When I told her i paid for a dolly she kept telling me we dont have any and I had to call for a refund she didnt even check the computer or they to help.

Veronica AShowed up to pick up my uhaul that I had booked for 9 AM, woman there seemed like somebody had just told her to sit there just to be a present person, she didn’t know I was coming, she did not know how to do anything, she kept saying it was her first time doing everything but it seemed like she didn’t know the system at all, like I would think they would train their people at least the basics like what to do if someone needs to pick up a truck they had reserved, but she didn’t even know how to refresh the page on the laptop. She kept having me give her the same information over and over again, then had to keep calling someone who I assume is the manager to help her, finally the woman she was calling had to come to the store just to get it done, but didn’t offer any sort of apology. Then they made me move my car across the street to another business because I couldn’t keep it there for the 3 hours I was going to be moving. It took almost a hour after arriving to leave with the uhaul truck. I was late meeting the movers and they almost left. It was a ridiculous and frustrating experience and I’ll never use this location again, possibly any uhaul.
KRISTOPHER HSamantha was above & beyond. From the service, too her showing us storage units, too getting us in & out. She was super friendly everytime spoke with her on the phone & in person. Based on the first experience with her we didn't even decide too shop around too other storage facilities her kindness & awesome customer service told us we didn't need too go looking anywhere else! If she hasn't had a raise in awhile she deserves one...Seriously! Customer service is EVERYTHING & if that is #1 word of mouth can spread like wildfire, so Ty Samantha! Hubby & I appreciate all ur help! Will HIGHLY recommend her & this location!

Robin WThere was no dolly. I did not know or was not told I needed to request one separate from the rental of the truck. I have always rented from u-haul but at another location. Usually, they are strapped in the truck. Other than that the customer service was great.

I did not know how to navigate out of the webpage for uhaul.com in order to take photos in such a way as too be able to return to that webpage and to upload those photos and the staff seemed unwilling to teach me at the outset.

Amina JHard to return the vehicle because it only had 4 parking spots available and they were full. Had to wait until attendant moved it into the storage area. Could not check me in, even though I was a day early because of new U-haul procedures. Checked in this morning but I was charged for 2 extra miles, I had to drive around and wait so I could park since the lot was full.
