Be on time and not pick favorites out of paying customers. Rude lady at the desk who was arriving at opening times both pick up and return day like a customer instead of an employee then, she was bad at customer service. She was not prioritizing customers trying to be at work after returning equipment in order to slowly check someone in for 30 minutes seems to enjoy making things worse and hard for customers will never recommend this location or return here.

The truck drove well however I can tell that it had not been cleaned inside for a while. Plus was under the impression that the truck had a ramp and when I got to the location where I needed to load my items, to my surprise there was no ramp. The 3 stars were mainly for Lucy's customer service. She was very patient and kind. She is a very pleasant person.
