The Uhaul app puts too much burden on the customer, and it’s not friendly, especially after having gone through the online process for scheduling the truck and submitting all the required information. The owner of this franchise helped me in person in his off hours.

David BUpgrade the U-Haul app to allow photos to be uploaded into the system. Currently, this feature is not available without retaking the photos. Be sure to upgrade for Android and Apple.

Jay LBest part is they are open on Sundays. Truck was clean and in working order. There is an other established business at this location which makes the property a bit cluttered. But I was there for the rental and the staff were kind and helpful.
