The person I talked to was nice and kind however the 15’ truck was in need of service. The alignment is terribly off (had to keep steering wheel turned left to go straight). The app is VERY difficult to use and would not accept comments, had to upload information multiple times to get it to save and could not update reservation. I would recommend a location where you could go to an office to check in / check out instead of only having to use the app.
Deborah RThe Uhaul app puts too much burden on the customer, and it’s not friendly, especially after having gone through the online process for scheduling the truck and submitting all the required information. The owner of this franchise helped me in person in his off hours.

David BUpgrade the U-Haul app to allow photos to be uploaded into the system. Currently, this feature is not available without retaking the photos. Be sure to upgrade for Android and Apple.
