They were busy the morning we went to pick up the U-Haul truck so we had to wait for a while, but they were very polite and apologetic for the delay.

The person I talked to was nice and kind however the 15’ truck was in need of service. The alignment is terribly off (had to keep steering wheel turned left to go straight). The app is VERY difficult to use and would not accept comments, had to upload information multiple times to get it to save and could not update reservation. I would recommend a location where you could go to an office to check in / check out instead of only having to use the app.

David BUpgrade the U-Haul app to allow photos to be uploaded into the system. Currently, this feature is not available without retaking the photos. Be sure to upgrade for Android and Apple.

Jay LBest part is they are open on Sundays. Truck was clean and in working order. There is an other established business at this location which makes the property a bit cluttered. But I was there for the rental and the staff were kind and helpful.
