When we had a problem with a rental, the personnel could not help us and was told to call the main office. This is total lack of customer and literally the problem was thrown back in our face. This is totally unacceptable! In addition, your computer systems have had all kind of problems on this rental. Perhaps your systems need a thorough review and or upgrade in order to satisfy customers needs in a timely manner.

Frank PI was forced to change from my reserved drop off location as the reserved location refused to accept my return. At the secondary location the employee did not know how to process the return and had to use my personal cell phone to do so, as well as needing me to back the trailer in for them. Over 90 minutes of my time was wasted, I’m addition to the extra gas and mileage incurred by forcing me to change my return location

Jordanna YI disputed damage during the online check-in because I thought the "X" marking damage was on the picture provided - didn't see the physical sticker on the truck until later. Maybe that could be a little clearer (but I was also kinda stressed so perhaps I misread the instructions). Truck was cleaned but something squeaked horribly - maybe the disc brakes got stuck on a bit? It's a pretty small parking lot for a 26' truck.
Teresa CI reserved my rental almost a month in advance. Two days before I am scheduled to move, I received a call from U Haul letting me know the truck and location I had reservations at were not available and I would have to get a much smaller truck to move in. As well I would have to go further than I had originally picked out. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me by U Haul. I had to make several trips to get moved which also means I had to pay for more miles which is just bad business practices by U Haul period. I would not recommend anyone use your services any longer.

Gregg TThis trailer was a complete hazard! Ratchet straps for wheel tie down would not work and seized! Had to purchase straps to tie down car! Trailer jack was difficult to operate and would jam up half way , used a floor jack to remove off truck! Handle was broken and sharp and while using cut my thumb because 80% was missing! Not to mention the trailer was a complete mess full of sand and salt water debris! Looked like it was pulled out of the ocean! Worst experience ever! Should of never been in service! No plates on trailer and missing part of a paper temp that was damaged from water!

Brady MKeys for the wrong truck were in the drop box. Called uhaul three times before someone could help me. On hold 45 minutes for the first call, and an hour the second call before the calls dropped and I had to start over. Wasted three hours of my day standing in the wet and cold watching the daylight slip away. Some customer service would sure be nice.

LEE C1) the truck was parked in a huge puddle of water, where i was unable to properly inspect all sides 2) the truck was dirty, there was dog or goat hair all over the front seats and dash. 3) the back bed was dirty, as were the blankets.
BILLY MHabe your associate be there when they are suppose to be to check out the truck waiting 2 hours trying to get the truck to drive off. Had movers at the house doing nothing for hour and half waiting for me to be to pick up a uhaul truck.

He came out to where I was waiting, and asked me to come back inside, so I would be more comfortable. He was very thoughtful!

Jennifer BThis rating is not for 9414 State Ave Ste F, Marysville. This rating is for the drop off location I was originally suppose to drop off the tow dolly. I-5 U-haul in Marysville that was not open at 10am when they should have been open at 9am. I called, no answer, gate is closed, never even called back. Big waste of my time and gas to have to call and find another place to drop off. I'm buying my own trailer so I never have to use U-Haul again.
