MARK VTotally unimpressed with the location and the customer service of U-HAUL. I was trying to get help on the phone for over an hour and I was hung up on FIVE TIMES because nobody knew how to help. Most of the reps were rude and kept putting me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes they would never fail To just end the call without any reassurance . The owner of the actual shop didn’t open the store for an hour after his stated hours just to find out he slept in. We’re almost breaking 12pm here by the way. I’m just not very happy with how things were handled and especially not happy with wasting 2 hours of my already stressful move out day.
EVAN DI was told to drop off the truck between 8:30 am and 4:30pm, when the store/office was open. I called that location twice to inform them of my arrival time. When I arrived, no one was in the store/office. I walked around back to another business, who called the owner and was informed to leave the keys there.

Hassle!? Info they presented-Lost,no book from this station!? I had to my phone book during just to complete & process!? Almost a hour just in renting,booking,etc prior to my pickup,pack-move...Return was great...im pleased after the fact...but in house fix rent inquries,ease,confidence shared so this system runs smoother...trailor worked,ty

Harris EThe metal part where you thread the straps was so rusted we couldn’t turn the ratchet. We lubed it ourselves and got it in working order. The drivers side tire had 8psi in it and barely made it home where I bought it to the recommended 65psi. The amount of money it costs to rent one of these you would expect it to be ready to go and in working order.

Chris HI was charged an after hours fee of $20 and was quite upset because never knew of the fee, returned it 2 hours before I was supposed to WITH more gas than what I received it with. I tried calling uhaul 1-800 they returned my call but call was interrupted somehow and representative hung up on me. By using the app made a mess. I won't ever book again this way
Lani HWhen I made the reservation it was to pick up in Yorkshire NY right down the road from where I was moving my mom from. It was changed not by me to pick up van and trailer an hour out of the way. They also had the wrong trailer on. Made things more difficult then they needed to be

James CLearn how to talk to paying customers, don't threaten to call the police, because of extenuating unforeseen circumstances. Have a little empathy, and don't belittle customers because we couldn't unload a 10 foot truck because I had to address my personal vehicle,that had two blow outs late the night before while my wife unloaded the truck herself while watching two little children. My wife and I and our family will never use uhaul ever again.

Amy SFrom the time we booked the rental we ran into numerous issues which customer support was unable to address multiple times. At the time of booking, I was NEVER asked what my drop off location was. Which gave us issues. When I called to attempt to change it, no one could help me. I kept getting transfered back to the main hub and everyone was rude. The only person that helped was someone named Jessica. I found out the day before pick up that it was moved to Flatbush which is no where near where I live. So again I had to call and deal with attitudes and poor customer service. The last person was finally able to help. I would never rent another UHAUL ever again as long as I live.
bryan SAgain, the app didn't recognize we were at the location and it would have been over 30 minutes to talk to help, so we just took pictures and left the keys in the dropbox. The next day, they called thinking we hadn't returned. The app GPS needs some serious work for the 24/7 system to work properly.
Jack LThe lights on the trailer only worked once in a while. I repaired one obvious wire connection that had corroded away but it didn't fix the problem. the trailer probably needs a whole new connector put on the wiring harness.

Emilie NReserved trailer was not available at original location in Olean NY. We had to drive 30 minutes to other location. Reserved trailer a week in advance, to receive it at 0800. Ending up receiving trailer after 4PM at the other location. Very poor scheduling and this is not the first time UHaul has done this sort of thing. We had no other choice to rent a trailer. I won't recommend UHaul unless absolutely need to rent a trailer.
LYNDA KAll my sons stuff got wet and his new couch and love seat were soaked he also had brand new snap on tools and toolbox the tools were still packed all his Clothes had to be washed again. He said he is still trying to get the smell out of the couch
KALEBELISHA BI dropped it off on Sunday so no one was there. They’ve been very helpful in the past.
NEAL CI had a hard time getting the lockbox number and code for the key. i DId not receive the email. The rep had to manually imput information and give it to me.
