I was charged an after hours fee of $20 and was quite upset because never knew of the fee, returned it 2 hours before I was supposed to WITH more gas than what I received it with. I tried calling uhaul 1-800 they returned my call but call was interrupted somehow and representative hung up on me. By using the app made a mess. I won't ever book again this way

When I made the reservation it was to pick up in Yorkshire NY right down the road from where I was moving my mom from. It was changed not by me to pick up van and trailer an hour out of the way. They also had the wrong trailer on. Made things more difficult then they needed to be
