The pickup location wasn't the problem, but my experience with the pickup process was horrible. I received a call from UHaul representative the day before stating that my reservation location could not accommodate my request and I had to pickup early at a location over 25 miles away from my home. So, I had to stop work and find a ride to this new location which did not accept any form of payment because it was just a drop off location. The Uhaul representative that I was dealing with (337 area code) then acted as if there was nothing she could do and i needed to rectify the problem...when she sent me to that location. This was a horrible experience for me and I would carry furniture on my back before I rented with Uhaul again!

This lady running the store knows nothing about renting or returning uhauls so I would suggest using a nothing location for first time users
