I was supposed to drop off at the W. Sublet Rd. location. We were not able to login and get reception to drop the truck off. We tried for 30 minutes and no success. I called the main number and they switched me to the Cooper Street location. The sublet Road location needs to be removed as a drop off location. It was a stressful experience.

My U-Haul rental experience with Zippy’s Inspection went well. The U-Haul associate, Alisha was very helpful in assisting me to get on my way quickly. Returning the vehicle was also effortless.

A two man operation (one was a female), they had it down to a science. The van functioned as a van should, the return was quick and flawless.

Uhaul prices are high! A 19.95 van ended up costing me 82.00. Only had it for 3 hours and only drove >50 miles. Wow! Great location, friendly customer service, but high prices will have me rethinking my usage of Uhaul in general.

Best UHaul experience I have ever had. Use to work at a neighborhood location and Zippy's staff set the standard for all others. Friendly, helpful, went over equipment to make sure I knew how to use. Especially locking door handle lock back when opening to prevent door from being stuck when raised. Would recommend this location for anyone wanting a pleasant experience.

I am so glad that Zippys has trailers available again. They always do a great job of hooking up the trailer and making sure everything is in proper working order before I leave.

1. No cruise control made it a long and uncomfortable trip 2. Participated on the share trailer lift to Tampa, FL because of the $700.00 refund offer, but the extra weight required $478.00 in additional fuel purchase so it is not really a fair option to off set the original reservation cost. I will never do that again!

The employee that worked there was great! I arrived about at 5 on Saturday unaware that the sign said they closed at 4 to drop off my trailer. The lady went ahead and helped me out which was so nice of her! I’ll absolutely be back if I need a trailer again!!

It is obvious, the owner of this location has been doing this for years, for I was in and out within 10 minutes. The return was easy as well, for I was checked out within minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone within the Arlington area.

Since our original uhaul reservation was cancelled, due inadequate inventory, we were able to rent from Zippys. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The check-in process was good dropping off was easy. If I had to say anything bad, is the Uhaul App is complete garbage. This makes life hectic for vendors like Zippys.
