We thought it was well maintained but 1st passenger windshield wiper rubber came off the wiper. Stopped and put it back on. Rained through 3 states. wiper still had issues. car hauler trailer lights went out. Car hauler trailer axle broke. Tire blew, rubber and scratches all over the car on the hauler. Gas tank was NOT at half full when we picked it up. We were charged $14+ for 3 gallons of gas which was at half full when we turned the truck in. trip was a nightmareDENISE P.
Felt a bit insecure just parking the trailer and leaving despite the agent assuring me everything was taken care of. She never looked at the equipment. A regional rep happened to be on site and he said everything was fine and checked me in.RICHARD M.

I requested an appliance dolly which was not in the truck. In the truck was a utility dolly and furniture pads. I did not ask for either.Bruce P.

Took over an hour to rent because the lady wasn't sure how to complete some of the steps. Then was rented a box truck when I ordered a ramp utility trailer. But the lady was nice and made it all good before I left. Upon return, a different lady had no clue what to do. Stopped helping me to help others and I told me I needed to wait. I had to help her use the uhaul POS to return my equipment. I was given the mouse to do it myself. They told me that I had to scan the QR on MY phone and follow the prompts. I could have changed the rental to free at that point because the employee had me do It in the uhaul system on my phone. But I was honest and did not do that. Then I noticed that I also had access to other renters information such as their name, address, cc number, phone number and when they were due to return. That is absurd that I the customer was able to access that information on my device because of inexperienced and knowledgeable staff. I am now concerned for my personal information and that it could be accessed by a less honest customer. I do wish to have a response on this topic or I will need to address this security risk with someone who can make a difference.Joshua S.
Train your people better. They were very nice and helpful in calling supervisors, but not familiar with Uhaul rentals. Only 1 person seemed to know anything about how to process rentals. I was very disappointed in Uhaul with this rental. Worst experience ever renting from uhaul. The "central management" apparently didn't notify them of the rental. They couldn't confirm I would have a trailer, nor could they help on the phone prior to hanging up on me. I will likely purchase my own trailer before renting from Uhaul in the future.Paul Y.

I had a 7am appointment for a motorcycle trailer. The employee could not log in. She was nice, but untrained. Nothing was ready. No paperwork or anything. After several phone calls they charged my card, still no paperwork. Employee was very helpful helping me hitch up, but the bottom line is: with no other uhaul customers in line, I didn't get on the road until about 7:50 am putting me about 1/2 hour behind for my arranged meet time to buy the motorcycle. Then that evening when I returned the trailer, different employee, untrained. Had to make phone calls again while I waited. Finally said I was good to go. Nice people, but a bad experience. I could have lost the opportunity to purchase the bike because I was late. Luckily the seller was patient.RONALD N.

Their computer was not functioning and had I not completed the reservation an check-in online my experience might have been very different. I was also concerned the online check-in appeared to be through an unsecured site and my driver license photo and credit card info could have been at risk of being compromised.Richard M.

The reservation was all messed up was supposed to pickup in St. marys and was dropped off in montezuma oh and didn't notify me of the change so spent 45 minutes at the place that was supposed to be at trying to find my trailer. May never use uhaul againBruce S.
