Pick up location was not the same as they told us. Drop off took over 3 1/2 hours one place was closed before the time they said they were one place told us they wouldn't do any dealings with U Hall ever again they told us of another place that may be open got there it wasn't open they didn't want to let us leave the truck there because their GPS said we were a mile and a quarter away from where we were supposed to be offeredTo take it up the road and leave it after 45 minutes we got it settled with a representative on the phone ridiculous

My credit card was charged a 'drop off' fee. In effort to avoid the additional fee, I called U-Haul (spoke with a live person), left a voice mail at ZZ Auto, as well as texted them (and received a reaponse) about my timely drop-off to their lot. AND I STILL GOT CHARGED A FEE. Auto check-in or check-out do not always work on our new smart phone technology, yet the auto billing seems to work seemlessly every darn time! Thanks U-haul for wasting a phone call to customer service today (which took over 10mins) whereby I was transferred to another Dept, then still placed on hold for another 10mins. I give up... it's RIDICULOUS.

RUDE AND TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME!!! Whomever answered the phone should be fired and put them over charging me off on UHaul without trying to figure out the problem that UHAUL created!!!

I feel they need to let the customer know the full rate charges of the truck. I was told $19.95 for 24 hr plus $1.29 for each mile driven. Was NOT told you had to pay for fuel on top of it. I hate hidden fees. When you rent many are rushing to get the job done and over with. Dont have time to sit and read the fine print. So just tell the customers all hidden fees!

This was the only location in a ten mile radius that had a tow dolly. I was grateful they had one. Pickup was quick and trouble-free. The young lady I dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

The u-haul establishment at ZZ Auto and customer service was great but the truck in general was bad . Air conditioning did not work in the truck it was really hot And miserable to drive it and the power steering was not working properly and truck Shook when driving and it had a banging noise in the front end under drivers floor . Made my experience as a uhaul renter very bad due to the truck not performing like it should .

The fuel guage wasn't what was on document I received I mentioned it go the guy that I received. He noted it on my documentation which didn't do any good. Only drove 19 miles put 3 1/2 gallons and was still charged for 4 gallons.

Brake fluid was leaking out caused the brakes to go out. I had to buy brake fluid to put in this truck

This truck was not suppose to be dropped at this location, but my truck order wasn't there so they transferred this truck to my order. I got my truck an hour later than I should have. I don't know who is to blame. The location or the central office cause I set up the order online. The paper, I think, had the start mileage of the original truck because it said 89000 and my truck only had 84000 on the odometer so there was not much chance of me going over the mileage limit. the truck was very muddy inside. the staff was very polite and apologetic.

The pick up location has no hard surface outside where the trucks are parked and when the truck was handed over there eas mud half way up the wheels and the driver compartment floor was very muddy. No attempt was made by the staff to clean it.

Truck shook the entire trip as if the tires were not balanced. Found out at dark that the right headlight did not work. Leaked over belongings during rain. Not happy!

You may have to triple check that they log the drop-off of your equipment. This location has 24hr drop-off. I returned a 4x8 trailer after business hours. The next morning I called the location to make sure they received the trailer and they acknowledged the presence of the 4x8 trailer I returned. Almost three weeks later I received a call from a U-Haul representative asking me if I ever returned the trailer, because ZZ Auto never logged the returned trailer into their system. I then called ZZ Auto and explained the situation. I could here an employee in the background say, "we don't have a 4x8 trailer back there." Another employee went and checked, and sure enough, the 4x8 trailer I returned almost three weeks prior was sitting in their lot - thankfully. I then had to call back U-Haul to explain the situation. A different representative placed me on hold, made a call to ZZ Auto, and then closed out my case. Just makes me wonder why a U-Haul representative did not call ZZ Auto in the first place.

Absolutely horrible! First off had it reserved about 8 miles from me then I get an email saying the reservation was changed to a location 20 miles away. So cost me extra money. Second the cab and back of truck was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I returned it the way I received it and I got hit with cleaning fee. I will never use uhaul again.

Uhaul needs to inform the customer in advance as to the size of ball you need for the trailers and that you need a four prong flat adapter for the lights.

Don't really need to improve the service just maintain the level of service already offered. I've used U-Haul on several occasions with no problems to mention. The equipment was up to date which makes the trip hassle free. Just keep your equipment updated and maintained for the next customer. Looking forward to doing business with U-Haul in the future.
