WAY too many steps for verification to pick up the truck. My ID, a real time picture of myself, credit card info, TWO contacts: Supervisor and a friend, that needed to be reached immediately on a Saturday night or I couldn’t pick up. Then to be charged $250 for the rental plus gas. All for a 24 hour rental. I will not be using UHaul again. You people are insane and inconvenient.
